First Prospective Deal in San Antonio TX

Howdy,

I am looking at a house in the Harlandale neighborhood of San Antonio, TX with financing from Cornerstone Home Lending (homestyle loan) which was recommended by a general contractor I was looking into, named Atlas Green Homes. I am wondering if anyone has opinions/experience with either the GC or lender; recommendations are also accepted. I haven't figured out If I will self manage or hire a property manager once the project is complete. Recommendations on property managers and realtors in the area are greatly appreciated, too!

The house is a 3/1, about 950 sqf, and requires foundation repair, roof replaced, and updating everything in between.

@Jason Hirko I forgot you asked about the numbers. I'm still negotiating the purchase price down from 30k and working on getting a solid renovation figure. The most I can/will spend on renovation is ~50k in accordance with homestyle rules (50% of ARV).
