How do they monitor the property for excessive noise/occupancy?

Better to have a higher cost burden on the GP for the first, small deal than to pick a large deal which stretches the GPs skills beyond what they are capable of.If a person is really committed to running a business which will involve many syndicates over time, the fact that there are some front loaded expenses on the first one becomes less of a concern to the GP.

The GPs needed capital so they brought me on.

Even with a sprinkler system I would need to come on the property or in the home if the control systems was in the home to set and monitor the system, no? 

There are usually some good, local investors that monitor those forums.

Will Sifert - I can offer you tips on how I've collected some of those "pinned" sticky threads, so that perhaps you or others might consider doing something similar.When I encounter a topic that I feel has some valuable content, I can select the "monitor topic" for that thread.
