Sources to learn more about short sales?

Is there a good course, cds, seminar, book, etc. that I can go to or purchase to help me learn more about short sales.

The information here has been helpful and I am sure I haven't read through it all. If there is any threads here that would be beneficial to a newbie please feel free to post the link. I like how in the wholesaling forum they have some really good threads pinned at the top. I've looked through the last couple months but haven't gone too far yet for the short sales.
