New Investor from Daytona Beach FL
Hello fellow investors,
I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to the community. I am a 43 year old veteran Army Military Police soldier with a deployment to both Iraq and Afghanistan. My wife is also Army veteran. I am currently in Afghanistan again as civilian contractor in a tech field. I have not closed any real estate deals except for the home my wife and bought in New Smyrna Beach FL. I have been reading everything I can on here the last 2 weeks and getting a feel for the site, I think I am going to like it here. I have always wanted to get into the real estate investment game, but with the op-tempo in the military it just wasn’t ever the right time. My goals are two pronged I want to get into the flip/wholesale part of the business but at the same time build a portfolio of multi-family properties that will provide steady documented income as well. I look forward to getting to know everyone here, and hope to work with some of you in the future.
