We have been exploring some cities in Los Angeles county as well as riverside county some of the metrics we were paying attention to are population growth in the last year, median income and home prices, the unemployment rate as well as job growth, future job growth, and violent crime alongside with property crimes to start narrowing down on some potentials cities.

I was told was that if it is a multi-family property where the dog would be in close quarters with others, if the dog has a violent temperament you would be able to reject them based on that.

We look for 3 times the monthly rental rate for combined family income.We also look at criminal / eviction background history… did they just get evicted from their last place or have a violent felony, etc.
