Create a process document that your VAs can easily adapt to and follow.

@Isaac Moore Where are you having success finding VAs who can consistently dial and produce leads for you on a regular basis.

I've tried VAs but it didn't work out.

look into driving for dollars,  door knocking, mailers, text blasting (REI Reply), cold calling, hiring VAs to cold call.

Makes sense these lists are compiled from multiple sources, scrubbed by VAs, contact information for owners looked up, etc, and so lists are sort of proprietary to the individuals who spend the time and money to put them together :)

I want to try to be as hands-off as much as possible so I can create systems and VAs to handle the majority of the "work" for me.The things I'm looking for advice on are:1.

Lots of investors have VAs trolling the ads every day looking for sellers.
