The two old ladies that worked for the agent for years happen to live down the street from the store office, couldn't be more thrilled walking five minutes to work compared to suffering an hour in the crowded subways going to the office in midtown Manhattan, in fact on 5th Avenue and 42nd street, a most prestigious address.

I went to them and the owner was thrilled as they had lost job and current renter was a disaster.

It seems that realtors are not thrilled with the idea of just making offers on your behalf that they don’t think are going to get accepted, how do I get around this?

Normally I would be thrilled but the pandemic has shifted how I view applicants.

It hurt the first week, but I am thrilled about the future

@Matt Jones That's good to hear, I'm thrilled to hear there is still active investors in the area!

I just used Hard Money Mike for a BRRRR deal and they were easy to work with, I haven't been thrilled with the traditional lenders or the CPA I've used so far so I'll refrain from referring anyone there.

I would be thrilled if there are general contractors that know some areas that I could speak with, so I can  better understand the markets.  

@India Brown In these days of coronavirus I imagine a landlord would be thrilled to buy a cashflowing property.

I'm not thrilled about moving and like my current home, but I am willing to make the move if it seems like the smartest thing to do financially.
