:)When you take down mirrors like that, you should be putting painter's tape all over it.

Been hard to find painters I don't have to watch over the entire time.

The project manager, painter and the plumber were also still at the job site.

 - Foundation (pier and beam house) - need to level the subfloor, no major cracks - Painter- Carpet/tile- Prefab cabinets and counter- Windows (one is a cracked pane that I'm hoping can just be replaced and other is bathroom and I'm thinking we can use a little decorative window there to give it visual interest and it explains why it would look different from the rest)- Tile in kitchen, carpet in bedroomsWhat are your thoughts on using Home Depot for some of this stuff?  

He is a good friend and an excellent painter.  

But I am a super fast painter so I am probably cheeper in the long run than a painter who I would have to hire at $200 a day.
