Vanity Mirrors for Rehabs

I'm rehabbing a 2/1 condo. Bathroom vanity is 6', single bowl, with one of the standard builder's grade 6' x 3' wall mirrors. I've noticed many rehab pictures that replace the huge wall mirror with decorative framed mirrors. Looks so much better. I'm thinking most people don't actually need or want a full view of themselves after getting out of the shower.

Where do you buy those mirrors? Are they a home improvement item, or are they sold at home decor stores? Is there a standard ratio between vanity size and mirror frame, or do you just eyeball it?

Just finished a bathroom with a large wood-framed mirror I got from the Habitat ReStore. Looks lovely, cost all of $15.
