You hope to gross $80,000 a year, and then have to deduct three and a half percent for lodging tax, cover utilities, keep the property furnished, pay fees to evolve and other marketing platforms, etc you've already set on the property for 2 years vacant and have to consider those costs.based on what you've shared, even the sales price of $800,000 is not much of a profit.
