Sedona Air BnB Unique Space (Yurt)

Hi Everyone! I currently have 2 single family rentals in the Phoenix Metro area and am looking to potentially do an Air BnB yurt near Sedona. Would love to hear from anyone who has experience with a non traditional Air BnB space (yurt, tiny home, tent, glamping etc). What made your unique space a success (or failure)? What have you learned and what did you wish you would have known before you started? All stories and advice are welcome. Thanks in advance.
