Buffalo. House Maintenance / Upgrade / Project Manager

Posted

Hello,

I'm an overseas landlord with a duplex house in Buffalo I bought in 2012.

First few years, things went well, but after a few big-ticket maintenance issues, now not so much.

Basically, i'm looking for someone/some company to project manage a gradual 'fixing up' of the most pressing maintenance issues over a period of approximately two years, total budget for all work is around $5000 per year (ideally, as this would allow me to just about break-even)

Any suggestions, recommendations, advice on how best to go about finding such a person/company to take this on for me (or same for any other adviseable strategy) would be most appreciated.

Thanks

Nick
