She is actually okay for the past few years until she saw that I have totally rehabbed one unit when tenant moved out and I guess she feel jealous and have since demanded a lot of repair/upgrade and started making a lot of accuse saying mold issue causing health issues but at the mean time trash my yard and keep the common area dirty.

And while not foolproof, it should help limit some of the pain that goes into finding someone new.

Tenant is almost a full month behind and is just an all around pain in general.

Keith/Andy have amazing skillsets, and I'd love to see y'all create your own unique site style and update the backlink building strategy to have a healthier mix of short-term impacts with long-term health.
