I want broader general books and books which would specify "put 20 down and borrow this to achieve that" etc rather than "use this US specific loan to maximize this" and talk about US tax etc.I'm currently in the process of finishing 1 apartment with one more already purchased but it's not finished yet and want to get a few more within the next few year just as an extra passive income for now but potentially make this more of a full time hobby.
