The books from the book store here at Bigger pockets

Hello!

Which of the books at the book store are most suited for European readers that isn't just covering the US market? I'm interested in buying a few of them but as the podcast and I assume plenty of the books are mainly targeting the US market I'm looking for advice on which ones to buy. I want broader general books and books which would specify "put 20 down and borrow this to achieve that" etc rather than "use this US specific loan to maximize this" and talk about US tax etc.

I'm currently in the process of finishing 1 apartment with one more already purchased but it's not finished yet and want to get a few more within the next few year just as an extra passive income for now but potentially make this more of a full time hobby. The market I'm operating at doesn't allow for much renovation/flip so it's more about buying fairly new or max 10year old ones to rent out long term.

Kind regards,

Robin
