We respond in batches at 2 or 3 times during the day.  

If  you want to save money batch your searches and get a one day pass. 

I would guess many counties update their public facing information in batches.

Because it takes so long to scrub the list, I'll be mailing batches of 500 letters at a time until I completely scrub my list of about 2400, then i'll recycle and mail each batch of 500 a second time a thuird time, and so forth for about 6 times.

Actual calls. from that batch I can buy 1 out of 4 if I want them.

A week later after emailing our first batch of a letter, we received a call from that letter.  

Just a few weeks ago I sent out my first batch of letters (1070) that Jerry created for me and I have to say that I wasn't prepared for the response even though I thought I was.

@Ryan Ahlgrim you could try not doing any of that research before showings, and do all your showings all in a batch a couple times a week.

My first batch of mail was sent out 1 month ago and my second batch was sent two days ago.

So I'm always thinking of new ways to create passive income and wanted your guys' opinion on this.The other day, I was looking at our marketing response and was impressed by the number of responses we were getting from such small batches of letters.
