@Nikita Sharma not yet but it passed at the end of Aug just before rent was due so we'll see how Oct goes, I agree proof should be required and the legislature should not make citizens shoulder the responsibilities of others without compensation.

However I have  a few doubts:1) Is there any source geared towards non citizens on buying property that I could look into ( books, or brokers)?

I would never suggest this to the average citizen but mathematically it can make sense. 1.

I'm a US citizen living in Germany, where I am buying rental property.

I personally use State Bank of Lizton, but Hendricks County Bank & Trust, Citizens Bank, Elements Credit Union are all good local entities.

And it may work well in an upper-class community where people are better citizens.

I am a US citizen but have lived and worked overseas for the past 6 years.
