Home equity with the BRRRR method

Hi All,

I'm a long-distance investor and a foreign citizen with several rentals in Cleveland and Florida.
lately, I was looking to extract some equity from my estate to roll it over to more properties by utilizing the known BRRRR method.

I'm looking for a comprehensive data source to get me started and get the bits and bytes of this operation, mainly the financing aspect and a list of recommended borrowers to touch base with.

I'll love to talk with like-minded investors with some Brrrr-ing experience that are looking to share their insights.

Thanks in advance!
