Hearing stuff like this and then combining it with my own experience just reinforces the fact that direct mail really is a worthwhile marketing strategy to generate leads.

I wouldn't be where I am today without him/other partners so, although I don't want to conduct business with them as partners anymore, I'm at least able to say it was mutually beneficial while it lasted.If you can say that looking back then it was a better partnership than many and worthwhile, a hard road to travel is better than no road at all. :)

Just looking for a more organic knowledge base that is not built off selling a product (not saying that any of the providers I am communicating with would push a product that wasnt worthwhile.)

@Adam Haman For me I see BP as a very worthwhile business marketing tool. 

Nothing worth while is easy and quick. 

Im not even sure its worthwhile, from what ive read here.

In terms of contacting the attorney, I think that it is worthwhile to reach out to attorneys in the mix, with managed expectations. 

while not a raving fan in his opinion it was worthwhile. 

After tracking and keeping in contact with all the promising leads I did get one worthwhile rehab deal at the end of three months.

Maybe it would be worthwhile to co-op that with other west coast investors?
