I’m new to BP and established a feel for it over a week, went Pro yesterday!

Does anyone know of a CashFlow Game club or meeting in the Indianapolis area?

Regardless of whether I keep or wholesale,  Do you just say, "oh that's not my problem" or is helping the people who aren't great planners apart of the wholesaling/flipping game when doing direct mailings? 

Here’s my issue: he says he wants the profit of anything I make on the deal if it’s anything over $25k so that he has “skin in the game”.

I find it truly inspirational and an invitation to get off the bench and get into the game.

I want to establish a good LL relationship and provide value for any increase that takes place.
