How To Get Home Owner's Who Are Interested In Selling To Move?

So I recently did my first direct mailing campaign offering to buy people's houses for cash. Got a few responses, one being a lady who is interested in selling her house but doesn't have a job, and likely would have no idea what to do with a large sum of money if given to her. She expressed "well I'd like the money, I'd just have no idea what I'd do if I sold."

Regardless of whether I keep or wholesale,  Do you just say, "oh that's not my problem" or is helping the people who aren't great planners apart of the wholesaling/flipping game when doing direct mailings?

If it is apart of the process, what are strategies you guys use to help these struggling people come up with a plan so that they can move out, so you can acquire the property?

Thanks friends! Still learning hear so your expertise is MUCH appreciated :)
