Although typically I don't see a "by day" penalty in contracts and I think you'd have a hard time selling that to the seller, it's not uncommon to change, i.e. reduce the purchase price when you sign the addendum to extend the contract.If you go to the Oklahoma Court Network site OSCN.net and click on case search you can look by the deceased's name to find the probate case proceedings.
