Glad I could lure you in with my subject. The real question: Can you wholesale property that is owned by a trust? Is it just like any other negotiation? Who would I ultimately need to talk to if I can make it happen?

@Paul Amegatcher I have an address for the trust. Would it help to mail it? I am thinking that the address for the trust may actually be the trustee's actual address. I read that in some cases they are one in the same. Is this true?
