Greetings all,

I'm a financial analyst from the Fox Valley area. Just started listening to the podcast and have a had a long term itch to start investing in real estate. I'd like to use real estate as a tool in achieving financial independence as a buy and hold investor. Can't wait to learn as much as possible from the community.
