From the private money lender's perspective, it seems in Indiana there is a one year redemption period (assuming the 92 different counties don't all have variations on this).

To me, not offering a free trial (not even a short 3-day one) or any money-back guarantee is a huge red flag.

The RICH club is offering a trial membership for only a $1 for 30 days.

The citation notifies that the defendant must appear for trial at the Justice Court on the date specified in the citation, which must not be less than 10 days nor more than 21 days after the petition is filed, and warns that the defendant’s failure to appear in person for trial may result in a default judgment.

Within those similar houses there is still some variation in terms of some having a 1/2 acre lot, or a 2nd bath, ect.
