Flipster software , Deal Machine ......Recommendations

So many apps / software that would aid me in wholesale and flipping homes that I have narrowed down my choices to Flipster and Deal Machine.

I’m kind of leaning towards Flipster as it seems to have more options on there that I can utilize. Would like everyone’s feedback and even other recommendations.
