I have also heard/read that it is wise to put each property under it's own LLC........extra protection for your other properties should anything happen.

I agree with Mike & Eric, it will usually fall in the 50% expenses, but if you can squeeze in an extra mortgage payment and still cash flows that makes the deal even better!
