AHS Home Warranty
I'm new to the group and new to owning non-condo rentals. I have two four-plexes that were built in the early 1950s and have required a fair amount of maintenance since I closed in May. My realtor keeps encouraging me to get a home warranty through American Home Shield, but their reviews on the web are not impressive. It sounds like the quality of their technicians is below average, and they try to find ways not to pay under the warranty (shocking). I would be interested in hearing others' experience with AHS or any other home warranty company.
