UK to CA ... Hello everyone...

Hello everyone on BP,

I am originally from the UK and moved to CA. I am currently a loan consultant and just got in to doing bulk REOs. I would like to contribute to this forum to the best of my ability in the hopes of finding a great team to work with me on bulk REOs. I am desperately needing advice and help on finding real buyers, and on the flip side I feel that my sources mandates representative is circumventing me every time I send him a buyer! It seems as when the information from the buyer is given to the source the buyers mandate would say that the port is gone or something to that effect and to move on. It happened almost 6 times to me and now I'm questioning circumvention or if my business associate is just using me to help them fish for buyers. When it comes down to the purchase, us as intermediaries are cut out because "who wants to pay extra fees to phone vultures?" S.O.S
