gross income is usually all money coming in, before any taxes and fees. $$$ after taxes and fees is Net income

I just bought a wyndham timeshare like this for about $1400 all in with closing costs and transfer fees.

On Tuesday I called in for an update and was told that Don "couldn't get comfortable" with the loan due to several items, all of which were provided and discussed via email over 4 weeks prior.  

I currently reside in CO so looking to invest remotely.Thanks I have been investing there for about 10 years all 100% remote. 100s of deals.

For example, it runs along Germantown which is one of the most desirable places to live in all of Nashville.
