Hey Matthew, BRRRR investing can rapidly generate profits but I'm gonna be honest, you need people you can trust especially in a place like Cleveland. If you're new to this, it's important to get to know the market inside and out. I recommend that you build trust with local contractors first and starting with properties that are move-in ready or just need a little cosmetic touch-up. Once you've got a good team in place, you can dive deeper into doing BRRRR investing with confidence. Hope this helps!
