I've been searching mainly on apps like Zillow and trulia but find it difficult because of my lack of knowledge about the area.

I realize that what I am asking may be stupid or common knowledge, I just could not find anything trying my search words.  

He's very knowledgable on the local market there. 

I've been to my local one only about 2 or 3 times so far but it is amazing the knowledge and impact it can have. 

This idea caught my attention as I am currently not in the best financial situation but am willing and hungry to gain the specialized knowledge of not just this one method but of all the methods available in REI. 

I am really hoping to connect with people everywhere to share knowledge, especially those investors in the Delaware County and Philadelphia area where we can have meetups  and talk about real estate.Do you guys have any particular comments/ tips for the newbie in Aston?
