Hello everyone! My name is Simon, and I'm new to BP. After being moved to LA with the military, I'm hoping to meet partners that knows the LA market. I'm interested to buy and hold a rental property but with what little experience I have it seems intimidating. If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate it. Thank you and hope to meet new friends through BP.
