REI in South Florida

Hello everyone,

My name is Arley Londono Jr, a new member to the BiggerPockets community based in South Florida. Earlier this week I came across someone speaking about the method of Wholesaling as their primary way of doing their REI. This idea caught my attention as I am currently not in the best financial situation but am willing and hungry to gain the specialized knowledge of not just this one method but of all the methods available in REI.

I ran to google after listening to the speaker and have been researching the pros and cons of wholesaling but mainly run into people doing it outside of my local community. I have been tuning in to different webinars available here on BP about REI in general and taking the first steps, like writing this forum, to fully immerse my self in the RE community.

I am open to all suggestions, tips, and networking opportunities and hope to hear from you soon!

Thanks!

Arley
