Things were quite different as recent as last Wednesday (the last day we could have recorded).However, this Thursday, we will have a wide-ranging conversation about the economy and its impact on real estate investors.

I cant believe ive never thought of this but here we go.I just had a great phone conversation with a potential tenant.

This conversation led to the two men meeting and the "investor" eventually making an offer on the home.

But I lucked into this home with a permitted garage apartment conversion (separate entry, only shared space is the laundry room).

Have an honest "discovery" conversation with your new manager to see if they can meet your expectations. 

Should I have a preemptive conversation with this first tenant about his work prospects and how even of he doesnt pay rent hes still going to owe it after this crisis or whatever it is passes?
