How’s everybody doing? I’ve been interested in real estate investing for a while now and just joined the forums! What’s a good way to practice investing or wholesaling at a young age to build skills?

I definitely will, ive already had conversations with teachers and bosses who I know to invest! What about practicing the numbers on rentals or flips? Or does that just come with time?
