Obviously I like where I am a lot, tech and support are key for me, but advice you get on the internet does not always translate to your local and personal situation, because the people in your particular local office make all the difference!

The knowledge, insight and support is really amazing.

Most have been allowed to coast with many forms of support, payments deferals. 

If a 6 plex is too time intensive, consider passively investing in a large asset or buy properties that can support management costs. 

Do you have a job that supports you or do you depend on the rent from the two other dwellings you rent out? 

@Scott Kane If you have a good roof supported by solid posts and an existing slab, wouldn't it just be a matter of framing a side, rear wall and garage door opening?

I would also want to vet their team (lawyers, CPA, lenders, PM, etc.) a strong supporting cast can compensate for a lack of direct experience.Do they have skin in the game?
