The KC social service website currently says it has a legal service, that service only represents the state and intervenes in cases of child abuse and benefit fraud.

Don't abuse the system.

Unless you stop renting rooms to unrelated people on a long basis, you are stuck with that classification.If you continue to rent the rooms this way, and you go with a policy not meant for a rooming house, you run the risk of the insurance carrier denying claims on the basis of misrepresentation.

I want to stress that the most important thing is to get approval before you start spending money on construction just to be denied on your plan later
