I literally have the same problem I have a LLC with no account history not even a bank account linked to it!

if so, why not pull it and link up with a good agent and find a better deal.

Hopefully the links below work...but if not, search for Dodd-Frank and originating or seller financing loans for owner occupant buyers. 

I followed the links, contacted the city planning managers, searched for podcast episodes relating to real estate/business deals.
