I can that zillow is generating views close to 10 every day but no contacts so far.How do you approach the situation when there are no comps for your condo?

Hello all, I am graciously seeking input and guidance on an entry strategy that best suits my unique situation. 

I have asked, begged and yelled about the safety situation and he just doesn’t care.

I definitely understand your point of view, as I've been all sides of this situation, and it can be stressful to deal with.

What do you do in that situation?

i have a very unique situation with a seller, that i need some assistance with.The owner of the property would like to sell; he has it as a rental arbitrage and that guy is renting out the 3 units.

Just because YOU were able to call multiple lenders on your own transaction and get someone to finance you at a lower rate, does not mean you are qualified to do it for others.

Everyone is different, and in your situation a DST may work very well.
