If it was a mild infestation and your electronics weren't on a wall shared with the other apartment they are probably ok but if you are worried there is a treatment called Nuvan strips which can be purchased online; these are pretty toxic and the treatment instructions must be followed carefully.

Before doing anything else, almost certainly, some tenant, sometime hid a key somewhere around those apartments in case they got locked out or because their third cousin was coming to visit, something...make sure you look all around the common grounds for hidden keys.Anyhow, unless the landlord changes the common door keys EVERY SINGLE time a tenant moves out, then it's not a security issue.

The official foreclosure notice is generally required to have the property legal description, which is rarely easy (but not impossible) to convert to a street address.Here in Georgia, the address is usually in the notice, but is often very well hidden among the legal blather.Since it's all public info, can you paste a sample notice here for us to see?
