Hey all, I'm looking to potentially add an accessory dwelling or a tiny house on wheels (still classified as an RV?) 

that is a tiny high for that area.... every management company down there has there own method but generally it is like this   either a high lease up fee of 18-20%  of the rent every time the lease it   OR   a flat monthly management with a lower lease up fee.  

Unless you are buying a Tiny House with that as a DP you're not going to do anything but lose money on the rental.

The duplex is completely renovated and is on a tiny street with similar duplexs.

Your closing costs may be a tiny bit higher.

I would love to add a tiny home or two.

so we looked to bring in RV is that's allowed.. lots  of folks are living in those these days  think TINY homes.. but not Tiny homes..

The prices do concern me, but what I am more concerned about is the maintenance surprises that might come up with these older  wooden homes.

It doesn't take dealing with too many potential applicants before the hourly wage on that is tiny. 

@Adam Widdicombe  just to set the record straight  I started turn key reviews to give the public a place to rate the operators so that if there were some bad apples like you talk about they could be found out.TK reviews is basically a public service site.. there is no money being taken other than tiny revenue to keep the site up and running.I could care less were people buy their homes.. but since TK is a thing and has been for 2 decades we might as well talk about it and take the mystery out of it.I am a fairly active new home builder doing about 20 million a year in new builds
