I have gained a significant amount of knowledge and resources within a short amount of time.

Since my deepest knowledge is around stocks/public marketing investing, that's all that I've done in my personal investing.

I do not know if this was done by the property manager without the owner's knowledge. 

SDIRAs work well for real estate investors because they usually already have inherit skills and knowledge and this allows them to tap into their retirement funds and do what they do in a tax free/deferred account.

There are so many of you on here who don’t mind pouring their knowledge and wisdom into the new generation of investors.

Account Closed- good question...I would recommend discussing this with someone knowledgeable in the area you are most interested in: whether it is IRA, notes, or something else.

I have Been listening to some real estate podcasts and it is great to hear others stories but I have been seriously thinking about frowning my knowledge.

I have some knowledge of Fall River but I’m sure there’s someone on here who isn’t more well versed in the neighborhood classes there.  

That person is either very knowledgeable or taking a huge risk.
