What system and software do they recommend or is there one that comes highly recommended.

Also curious any apps, software, virtual assistance suggestions you use to help you be efficient and save your time.

You’ll just need a GL code for “Concessions,” and more sophisticated software packages come with it prebuilt in the chart of accounts.

In addition to getting first dibs on deals because you can tour them first and use the software to get special data on properties and potentially motivated owners, you keep for yourself approx 3% of every house you or your friends buy.

Then add some automation software to help reduce the work required for guest communication.When you get something electrical, plumbing, or appliance related, head over to Angies List or HomeAdvisor or one of those companies and do a search for a quality tradesperson.We run 2 short-term rentals remotely using the above.
