I agree with Matt and Dana that playing the appreciation game is more like playing the slots, so I've decided to ignore this as a factor in my buy decision.

Hello all,I'm new to RE and am surely trying to keep the costs down going out the gate.

I can use it now, but i have to keep the gates closed with a heavy duty tie down strap hehe. 

In my experience, Boise is more of a long term play than crazy cash flow out of the gate.
