Even the agent's commission is well worth it if it helps me buy more deals and sell those deals faster so I can move on to the next.So I'd say that if you adjust your thinking from being focused on cutting costs to doing whatever you need to do more deals, you'll not only be more successful but you'll be happier too because you're not stressing over every little dollar spent.

It is hard because everybody wants to throw out wide nets, and there is a part investing that is about throwing out a wide net to focus on retention, but when he got tired of the stage we moved up to a whole other level.

I was able to position myself so I can focus on this full time and not need to have a day job, at least for a while, as well as have some funds to work with for rehabs or flips.
