Newbie in the Madison area

Hello all, 

My name is Nick, I am originally from Northern Minnesota. I recently returned to the Madison area after having done some business in Southern Africa. I'm currently managing a small impact investing fund in Madison, and am looking to increase my involvement in the real estate industry. I ran a junk removal company during the downturn and own a (very small) trailer park up north. 

I am investing in SFHs with some partners in Milwaukee, but am primarily focused on small and medium-sized multifamily properties in my own practice. I look forward to connecting with you all.
