There are some products that can aid in leveling the floor but they will put an excess load on the property. 

So, I am in healthcare field and have never done anything related to real estate investing other than a townhome I purchased last year.My girlfriend currently works and lives in Olympia, WA so I visit at least once a month.

Auto zones tend to have a larger footprint and go in former Rite Aid's, CVS's, etc.Possible might be a batteries plus store. 5 years off is a long way and nobody has a crystal ball.

Since I work full time in healthcare, I GENERALLY intend to use the license for MLS access to help run comps for my investing (buy and holds, yellow letter campaigns, etc...).Time to set a new goal......let the brainstorming begin!

North Fresno/Clovis tend to have higher income earners and those making higher income are either in healthcare, education, gov. and most recently working remote moving from the bay area--but the latter probably purchased homes and arent renting--actually most of those in that industry I mentioned.

Health care needs. 

I see Peoria has OSF Saint Francis Medical Center & colleges in the area.Is it safe to assume there are healthcare residents or College students seeking rentals in those areas?
