Seeking advice on starting out

Hey everyone, I'm Sebastien 27 years old, currently living in central Jersey area. Happy to have found the BP community. My goal is to run a business in RE, buying, rehabbing, renting small multifamily units. I listened to a BP podcast where the guest introduced prehabbing to me which seems pretty interesting. And also maybe starting a Property Management Company specializing in small multifamily buildings (seems like I only hear complaints about management companies out there, might be time for a good one). My 'why RE' is probably the same as most here: financial freedom, travelling the world, time with future family. I'm in it for the long term.

A little background on myself: graduated college with a Poli Sci degree (wanted to go to Law School but changed my mind after graduating). Good thing is that I didn't have to take out any school loans for BA. Worked in Health Care field for the past 3 years but looking to switch to a job where I'm more immersed in RE. I'm thinking working in a property management company would give me good practical experience in basically all aspects of managing my own units like handling projects, dealing with tenants, construction costs, contractor relationships, and also provide insights into running a property management company. But of course all jobs require already having experience or relevant schooling. I have neither (Poli Sci degree and Health care experience).

Options I am considering:

-Go back to school and get a stronger, more technical/practical BA in finance/business analytics. That would require school loans this time around and would take at least 2 years. Also I'd be smarter about maximizing my experience there and networking my butt off

-Pursuing the many RE designations such as what NARPM offers

-Getting RE license. Will probably have to get that anyways to work in management company right?

-Coursera certificates. Very cheap and take no time at all. But not sure if credible on paper in applying for positions or dealing with future potential investors

-Certificate in RE at NYU or Baruch. Cheaper than 4 year degree and take less time. Might be a good replacement for my lack of formal education in the field

Would love to hear anyone's $.02 on the matter or your very own experience.
