If you are desperate to quit your job iIt can be tempting to grab cheap, cash flowing properties in the midwest or south, but in my experience, nicer properties in growing and desirable areas will treat you much better in the long run.

I’m always so wary of low cost houses.Funny story, I moved into a rental my mother owns in Westport CT with my girl friend because I am working with P&Z on adding a 1200 sqft addition to pay a very low rent (at cost of the loan to build and it utilities) while we rent the existing residence out.It turned out that next door the owner was looking to sell, which is a duplex.
